Middle Brook

Hegan Reserve was a Waimakariri project developed jointly with Mainpower and the Rangiora Community Board.Joel Harnett a design student at the Rangiora New Life School designed the sculpture and it was built by Mark Larsen of Art N Sign Kaiapoi. The sculpture is called Middle Brook for the stream that runs through the reserve.
